How is this different than editing the discussion page?? Ok, I get it. It has it's own heading on the comment page. Cool!

When a page gets long enough, the software automatically creates links the heading sections on the page.

By using the + mark next to the edit button, I get a box that lets me leave a comment on the discussion page. The subject line becomes a header on the page and the text looks like a comment. The comments will be put on the discussion page in a logical order. Wonder if we can turn off the discussion 'editing' tab, while leaving the + tab for commenting turned on?

The user and the date/time aren't added automatically. Use the tilde's to do that.
